    Same here - my 4:30 link wouldn't work, and now it looks like it's still a problem for my 6pm.

    Having the same issue. Tried to cancel and create a new appointment. Had to cancel a session due to this. It was not working on weblink nor the mobile app. :-/

    I'm having the same problem.  I enjoy using Simple Practice.  It's frustrating that there isn't a phone number to call when urgent issues occur.   They should at least send an email to all subscribers.  I hope its resolved soon.

    Same problem, so frustrating. Why is there no customer service number?!?! And we should have been advised there was an issue. Something. There has been nothing from SP.

    Me too! Obviously this is a system wide problem. I use zoom as a back up when I have glitches like this. It's not ideal since I'm depending on the simple practice platform; however, I don't have to cancel the session.

    It is 5:34 in St Louis and I am experiencing the same problem. However, I was using the telehealth platform during a 3:00 session in my office. I signed off to go home and the problem started when signing back on at home 4:45.

    7:15pm EDT: Fixed? Had to use a different platform for my 4:30 and 6pm (EDT), but now it looks like tomorrow's links are working. Also, the banner that was at the top of the page is gone now, so it appears to be fixed.

    It seems to be fixed (fingers crossed), but I am disappointed that Simple Practice didn't send out an email or keep us informed or even acknowledge this problem and how disruptive this is for clinicians and clients.
