Human?
AnsweredHi there. I am new... like really, really new.. and could really use some support with getting things set up. Support no longer has a live chat option, and I could really benefit from talking to an actual human customer service representative. Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone? I know there are email options, but I am looking for something more than that. Or maybe even someone here who would be willing to give me a call to answer a few questions?

We currently offer a few ways for you to connect with a live SimplePractice Customer Success team member. Currently, in addition to email support we offer:
- Multiple scheduled Question & Answer sessions each week with a live support team member (sign up here)
- Live Chat Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 7:00pm Pacific Time, with a couple of exceptions (learn more here)
- Video support by reservation (click the blue question mark > Get Help option on the lower right of your SimplePractice account to let us know what questions you have)
