6/2/21 video link sent to clients is broken
AnsweredBoth today and yesterday, the video links sent both in the simplepractice email AND the link that I copied and pasted in a separate email to them was broken. Clicking on the link did nothing. My internet is fine. It's clearly a broken link on Simple Practice's end. This has to be fixed ASAP.
I set up a fake client to test this, and the client was told they had to download the SimplePractice app in order to join the session. When did this start?
