I completed the ediss enrollment 6 months ago with Medicare and have attached and submitted the signature page twice on the insurance enrollment page. I have received a new invite from Simple Practice to do this process again. Medicare says they don't message Simple Practice with any approvals, though I've been approved since May 2020. I am now in the second month of expired claims since I cannot bill any other way than the chosen Simple Practice Eligible clearinghouse, and can only bill back billing for one year. I have asked for help twice and followed instructions both times. Please let me know how to resolve this.
