Mobile App Can't Open Questionnaire/Intake?

I am trying to view a client's intake form on the mobile app. The consent forms show up as "stored" and I am able to view them, but the Questionnaires show up as shared and completed, but are not "stored". How can I view the client's filled out questionnaire/intake form via the mobile app? Is there a way to move it to "stored"?

  Same with intake form and demographics page.
