    For background, our live Customer Success team is available for support 7 days a week. To reach us any time, click the blue question mark > Get Help option on the lower right of your SimplePractice account. You can also reach us on our Live Chat feature, offered Monday - Friday, 6am - 7pm PT with a few exceptions for company meetings (you can view the full Live Chat details here).

    Finally, whenever you send us a question, sharing the details of your questions first allows us (a) to gain context and make sure that you're paired with a specialist who has the expertise to provide the most accurate guidance, and (b) to review the necessary details in your account so that we use your time as efficiently and effectively as possible.
