Change currency on invoice

I work from the UK and would like to change the currency from dollar's ($) to pound sterling (£)

  Multi-currency is a feature that folks have requested for years now. I can't seem to see the initial thread (maybe deleted?), but there has been quite some frustration on this. While I love SP, it's time to make the jump. Lack of multi-currency is a deal-breaker.
