Replacing Telehealth auto link with Zoom personal room info
I would like to replace the automated video link from the SimplePractice video platform to Zoom. How can I enable this? I can paste my own zoom info to the emails but then the calendar invites that clients use populate with the SimplePractice video link and is confusing..

I figured it out by asking ChatGPT (insert eye roll)!
Follow below...
Click:
- Settings (left side)
- Practice
- Practice details
- Scroll down to where it says Telehealth
- Toggle the red button that says Turn off
- You don't need to add any business address/location if you don't want to.
- Make sure to click Save changes in upper right corner
- Scroll down to Client notifications (left side)
- Scroll down to Reminder emails
- Make sure you toggle so that Reminders are on (toggle will show blue).
- You'll see the Appointment reminder template.
- Click the pencil next to it (right side)
- Here you'll be able to customize your reminder email including being able to input your personalized Zoom link. My template looks like this (I use the same link for all clients):
Hi {client_first_name},
This is a reminder of our upcoming appointment scheduled for {appointment_date} at {appointment_time}.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need to reschedule. I look forward to connecting soon!

INSERT YOUR ZOOM LINK HERE - *Note the Telehealth appointment reminder template right below this template will have the pencil shaded in gray to reflect telehealth reminder template is not an option to edit because by now you've disabled this option.
