Unhelpful Client's email is only usable once?
In our practice we have multiple therapists seeing different family members. We typically create the family member using the main email address for one parent, but when we do not share files between therapists we cannot create send docs to the parent until the other therapists correct the client's file to reflect a disabled email. This is fundamentally dysfunctional. Please correct this basic flaw and let us send emails to the person with the email address whether it has been used with another client or not.
