Help- My SS is still on my invoice

Anyone else dealing with your private social security number showing up on invoices and when you go to follow the directions on how to take it off of the invoice, there is no drop down box or way to edit the invoice?

This is maddening to me, giving me heart palpitations, frankly. 

Would love to know if this issue has been resolved for others and how they resolved it.
