I cannot get the record note with note taker on my iphone; have already cleared cache
Hi,
I signed up yesterday for Note Taker, but the Note Taker icon is not showing up on either of my iphones. It does show up on my desktop. Is it just not "ready" yet?

i'm having the same problem in person today. I have been using the Note Taker and LOVE it. However today I don’t have access to it for my in person sessions. I have the most recent version of the app and have tried both the yellow and white versions without any luck. The yellow one worked yesterday, but not today. The telehealth note taker works fine. Looking for help asap!

Anyone figure out an answer to this issue? I'm using the iphone too. When I'm on the website it doesn't give me the option to use note taker for the session it just shows the note taker icon in the top right corner, but when I click on it it says there is no recording. It's frustrating because I loved the telehealth note taker. HELP!

I think I've figured out the iphone issue (maybe even android) - there are 2 Simple Practice clinician apps - one is white or black and the other is yellow. The note taker is on the yellow app (I've always had the white one). I was able to use it for most of my sessions today. I had one note that didn't take, and I think it's because my phone went to sleep so be mindful of that. I hope this helps.
