I cannot get the record note with note taker on my iphone; have already cleared cache

    I am having the same problem.  Please advise as to how to get note taker icon on iphone for inperson sessions.

    i'm having the same problem in person today. I have been using the Note Taker and LOVE it. However today I don’t have access to it for my in person sessions. I have the most recent version of the app and have tried both the yellow and white versions without any luck. The yellow one worked yesterday, but not today. The telehealth note taker works fine. Looking for help asap!

    I am having the same problem, there is no function to record a session on the app as described in the video. Can't use the feature at all. There seems to be no way to record.

    I was able to get the button to show up by changing the session from in person to video and then back to in person on the phone app.

    I tried the suggestion above but didn't work for me. Telehealth session note was GREAT so want the inperson capability ASAP!!

    Anyone figure out an answer to this issue?  I'm using the iphone too.  When I'm on the website it doesn't give me the option to use note taker for the session it just shows the note taker icon in the top right corner, but when I click on it it says there is no recording.  It's frustrating because I loved the telehealth note taker.  HELP!

    You have to use the record feature in the app on your phone for in person sessions. Open the session on your phone and you will see a purple button to record. When the session is over, click "done" and to program will develop a note that you can access on your computer.

    Yeah, I'm trying to use note taker  on iphone for in person session. There IS NO BUTTON. We all know where the button is supposed to be but it's not there!

    I think I've figured out the iphone issue (maybe even android) - there are 2 Simple Practice clinician apps - one is white or black and the other is yellow.  The note taker is on the yellow app (I've always had the white one).  I was able to use it for most of my sessions today.  I had one note that didn't take, and I think it's because my phone went to sleep so be mindful of that. I hope this helps.

    Yes! Just found it while you were writing your comment--the YELLOW app. Hello ... why couldn't SP folks figure this out and give us guidance about the different "colored" apps?

    Are you clicking on the appointment for the client you are about to see? A purple bar/button should be below their name, today's date, name of your practice and above "status" of the appointment.

    I have tried deleting app, changing the appointment from in person to video and back. There is no purple bar. I have an iPhone.
