Need all incoming client messages to go clinician and my admin
I need to be able to route all incoming patient portal messages (with questions, refills, etc.) to a centralized "bucket" like the task area where both me (the clinician) and my admin can both view them. Right now, I get messages IM from patients directly to me and this is inefficient because my admin will be handling most of these requests now that I've hired her. Her name is Cody Billings.
