Pleaseee create some sort of internal funnel system (think Keap) where we can set up customized automated emails based on a) when they joined, b) their last session, c) their diagnosis, d) their geographical location, or e) their specific therapist.There are many other tags/options you could create, but those five would be an excellent jumping off point.

  I am looking into booking confirmation to client. So that i don't have to give them a card every time I book new appointment. a 48 Hours reminder is not good enough. They need an email notification when booked and if this can go to their calendar, that would be even better.
