SCRUB denial meaning?

I am starting to see this with CIGNA and UHC claims; what does this mean and how do I fix it?  Previous claims are processed/paid, not submitting claims any differently.

• Element CLM01 (Claim Submitter's Identifier) is missing. This Element's standard option is 'Mandatory'

  i am having the exact same problem! I cant figure it out either.

  I just got this back from SP:  hopefully it truly is fixed:

  Delaney (SimplePractice Customer Success) Jun 24, 2025, 11:13 AM PDT Hi Kris,   I understand you received one or more claim scrubs referencing “Element CLM01 (Claim Submitter's Identifier).”    Our team has rolled back the change that caused the scrubs to occur. At this time, you may delete and resubmit the claims without issue. We will also be automatically resubmitting affected claims that you do not resubmit.   Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any continued scrub messaging and we’ll review further.

  I just got the same error for a BCBS claim today. I sent a message to simple practice letting them know this is still an ongoing issue for some folks. Hopefully they can fix it before it gets out of hand and affects a ton of claims!
