SCRUB denial meaning?
I am starting to see this with CIGNA and UHC claims; what does this mean and how do I fix it? Previous claims are processed/paid, not submitting claims any differently.
- Element CLM01 (Claim Submitter's Identifier) is missing. This Element's standard option is 'Mandatory'

Hi Kris,
I understand you received one or more claim scrubs referencing “Element CLM01 (Claim Submitter's Identifier).”
Our team has rolled back the change that caused the scrubs to occur. At this time, you may delete and resubmit the claims without issue. We will also be automatically resubmitting affected claims that you do not resubmit.
