Claims stuck in received.

Hello All. Is anyone else experiencing claims several weeks old stuck in 'received'?
This happened back in February and there was a systems wide announcement. I have reached out to support and they said to contact the payers. Well... if it was just one payer, I would have no issue with that. However, it is all of them. Generally, my claims clear and are paid within the week. These are for current patients for whom I have had no issues in the past.
I am frustrated beyond words. Support frustrated me even further.

I just started using Simple Practice for my new private practice. All of my submitted claims so far have no been processed. I am getting paid for optum and highmark through optum site and availity but not through simple practice. I am not sure what is going on over the last few weeks with simple practice.
