I can't get notetaker on my SP app on my iPhone!

Hello, 

I have followed all directions and even re-uploaded my SP mobile app.  I am on an iPhone and it's not appearing anywhere.  

Does notetaker work while in visits on our laptops (MacBook Air)?  

How do I get it to work????  

Feeling frustrated!
