Removing Date

Can we PLEASE Remove the IP address and date locked on the note? Can we make it where we can keep our OWN date that its locked? Clearly the admin can identify if something has been unlocked and relocked. But I just finished a department of health audit. They said that they do not like working with SP because it confusing and if the clinician unlocks the note and relocks it looks like they have just completed it. This should be a feature that agencies choose to have or not. Kind of like having the logo or not. Or having a footer or not. I do not want that on my notes. We should be able to change the date complete so it shows up. And not have it in the footer.
