We are a large group with 14 clinicians. The billing department does not get notifications when there is a new patient, with new patient paperwork etc. Only the clinician is advised when new paperwork is completed. Please create a way for the billing/administrative staff to know when we have a new patient so that we can make sure paperwork, insurance, and payments are up to date and claims are billed.
Example: Have new patients be in a different color on the calendar?
