The current treatment plans in Simple Practice need modified to add a progress box under each Goal and Objective with a dat and time stamp (could be added manually). This is the best way to document a client's progress as the original treatment plan is a fluid and changing document based on client progress. This is the the best document to send to insurance companies to show client progress. I am forced to create my own Tx Plans outside of SP so that I can update with client progress, mark Goals and Objectives as Complete and add new Goals and Objective. The original Tx Plan shouldn't change for a treatment period, it should be the historical document for the client.
