Copying notes forward

  HI, I am new to SP and can't find if this question has been asked;  I thought I saw somewhere where notes can be copied forward from within a client chart from a previous appt to a current appt.   I set up an ADIME Assessment form to use to document each visit.  Is there a way to copy the note to a new service date?

  To the right side of your template note should be a blue button that says Load Previous Note. This will auto populate the field with the last note you completed in this chart. Idk about a specific date. I have copied previous notes and pasted into blank doc form to do from a specific date that was not the last note. Hope this helps.

  I do not see that "load previous Note" tab anymore. Has it been omitted or it is an option that has not been turned on for me?

  I'm trying to work with the basic ADIME note in SimplePractice.  Would anyone be able to talk me through it or does anyone know how to get help from SimplePractice?
