    Same. Am also possibly losing a potential new client because of it. I don't have their info anywhere else because they scheduled a consultation directly through Simple Practice. Very frustrating.

    This is not the first time I've had issues with SP. The only thing I get back is an eventual email response and directions with how to speak to someone via telephone. Which, by the way, is bogus and never works as they don't actually give you a number to call~ just more hoops to go through where you end up leaving an email... Any suggestions for other programs to use where one can speak to a customer service rep?
