BCBS of Missouri
AnsweredI have not received payment from BCBS MO since March. Any ideas? Normally I submit on Simple Practice and recieve a check in the mail from them. When asked for help they want detailed dates. Availity has bee no help either.

Note that the actual money you receive from an insurance payer is directly between you and the payer and does not come through your SimplePractice account. In addition, note that if you are not enrolled to receive electronic payment reports from BCBS MO, there will not be a record of your payments within your SimplePractice account. I therefore recommend working directly with the payer to resolve this issue.
If you'd like to view a list of the claims you've submitted to this payer, go to Billing > Insurance > Claims > filter by the payer's name. You may then click on each claim to view the dates of service included.
