    Hi Laurie,

    I shared this on your other post as well, but just to make sure you see the reply I'm posting here too:

    When your camera has been connecting to Telehealth and suddenly stops, it typically means that the camera is being assigned to another application when you begin your Telehealth session or that the setting enabling it to connect to SimplePractice's Telehealth has been updated (this may occur with a browser update, for instance).
