How do I change the time I can open the Telehealth session.

    Hi Gillian,

    As the clinician, you can join the Telehealth session at any time. This change with our Telehealth feature is to prevent clients from entering the Telehealth session 10 minutes before the start time. Since this is the case, if you and your client both enter the Telehealth session less than 10 minutes before the start time, you will both see each other and may begin the session early if you would like.

    Unfortunately I am not able to join at anytime, that’s the problem I’m having. I (the Clinician) am also getting the message that it’s too early. What do I need to do to change that?

    The time is showing to be CDT and I am in CST how do I fix this?

    Hi Joann,

    To change the timezone of your account, go to Settings > My Practice > Time Zone. Currently all of our time zones are set in UTC.
