missing insurance claim?
AnsweredI submitted a claim (with multiple dates of service) to Aetna. I was paid for 5 of the 6 dates but one was denied because I neglected to add the GT modifier. I am unable to locate that claim on SP in order to modify and resubmit. Any suggestions appreciated- thanks!
