Reminder Prompt No Longer Active
AnsweredI recently stopped using Simple Practice's platform for Telehealth due to ongoing connectivity and quality issues, however now none of my clients are getting email reminders for ANY sessions (yes, I double checked my settings and reminders are on). I am also no longer able to send a reminder at the time of the session. Why is this feature suddenly gone? Just because we aren't using YOUR online platform doesn't mean we aren't paying for these features!

Without having our Telehealth feature enabled, all appointments scheduled will receive the Email Reminder email and Appointment Reminders text which you can adjust the settings for under My Account > Settings > Client Reminders.
