    Hi Destiny,

    I currently see that my colleague Rachel is assisting you via Help Request with your billing error. I see that she responded to the email address that you wrote in from, however, she noted that the address was not associated with a SimplePractice account. If you would like further assistance, you can respond back to her email with the email address associated with your account so that she can look into your billing issue.
