Can the "download complete" or "no new pending documents" be removed from the portal shared forms as a client feature? Our clients are becoming highly confused when solely downloading proprietary documents and not wet/digitally signing them and reuploading to the portal. The reason for this is to remain in compliance with statutory laws and unique verbiage related to my practice policies.
Suggestion: Change language on download queue to say "Pending completion" or allow administrator to change wording to "please sign & reupload" etc.
We state this in every automated email attached to sharing of files and other correspondence but people are not reading or assuming they're finished. They then get upset when their appointment is canceled as no contract for services has actually been signed, etc. This is an ethical/compliance issue I hope to have changed as soon as possible.
