Hi. I just watched the video "Setting Up the Client Portal". I understand that we can edit the default greeting message. My question is, I will be migrating many clients over from our current EHR system who've been clients in our group practice for many years. Many of these clients will not need to complete a new intake, privacy practice, etc. forms as we already have their current completed forms on file (intake, privacy practice, consent, etc.).
As i set this up would you recommend that I create 2 different greetings, one for new clients moving forward to as it's shown in your example and one for our existing clients that only need to establish portal access for appt. booking and payment but not necessarily to complete forms.
