Greeting in Client Portal for New Clients & Existing Clients

    Hi Michelle,

    I would recommend adding the Client Portal greeting message that you will most commonly use for your clients as the default message and then editing it for the clients who need a different message. By going to Settings > Client Portal > Emails > Client Portal Activation, you can edit the default message that is sent to clients. Then, for the client's who don't need this message, you can edit this text when you go to send the Client Portal invitation to a client.
