    There is something happening with my online scheduling system as well. Members who have already scheduled cannot schedule online but it reports that they have to call me for appointments further out than next day

    I am having the same problem. My client portal settings show that existing clients can self schedule. However they are getting a pop up that tells them to call the office to schedule. The weird issue is that it is only happening with random clients, not everyone.
