Is there a way to have a private note in a clients chart for the office manager/business owner to see only? I'd like to make a note in a clients chart about billing or call references without my employee seeing them. Is there a way to do this in a group practice setting?

  Hi Kelley,

  Any notes that you add to a client's profile will be seen only by the clinician(s) assigned to the client. If you are wanting to add a note to a client's profile that the clinician assigned to the client can't see, this is currently not possible. I recommend if there is private information that you want to communicate with a team member about, that you send this message through Secure Messaging with that team member.

  where can i put a note that only I the owner Administrative  can see. I thought by putting in the Administrative Note  it would be private , but it is not. This is not a very secure system for just the Owner. / Admin person. Where can I had notes that are private from clinicans and clients
