    Hi Charmaine,

All Online Payments accounts are custom made to connect exclusively to SimplePractice. With this Custom Connect integration, we can no longer support access to a separate Stripe Dashboard. Along with this, our customers can’t link any existing Stripe accounts to SimplePractice.

The nature of this custom integration allows all of your business details to be stored in SimplePractice directly. You can view the business details on file with our payment processor by navigating to Settings > Billing and Services > Online Payments.

Additionally, you can access all of your transaction and payout information in SimplePractice directly through the Card Transactions report. To view this report, navigate to Billing > Card Transactions. You can then use this page to filter your transactions by client name, date range, and transaction type. You can also view a breakdown of all payouts issued to your bank account by navigating to Reports > Payouts.

Please note that general Stripe support can’t look up your SimplePractice account and may provide incorrect guidance regarding your account. With this in mind, if you need assistance with your Online Payments account, please let us know and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes, this is something I do have access to, the reason I need to connect my new Stripe account to Simple Practice is because I need the amount I made from Stripe for each month and the amount I paid in fees. Since I cannot log into Stripe I have to add up all of the transactions and fees each month from the report I get in Simple Practice. My business is growing and there are just too many transactions to put into an Excel spreadsheet to match with my books. There is no report that just shows me the monthly payment and fees added together only individual transactions.

    Hi Charmaine,

I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you in regards to a Stripe login.
