Suddenly I am unable to schedule a telehealth session. I attempted to use the session location dropdown and selected telehealth and the whole appointment disappeared. I had to change the dropdown choice to a regular session to schedule it for that time slot. Interestingly, the client was waiting for me on the link (so she could access) but I was unable to connect because the appointment disappeared when I went to make it a telehealth session! Help!!!
