    I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you to gather more information and look into these rejected claims.

    I want to echo that I am having the same issue. Also, I am noticing that the box No. 26 for the Client's account number is in gray with no account number in it, and it is not possible to edit this.
