    Hi Marvin,

    In order to contact our Customer Success team, you will need to log into your account and click the blue question mark in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Once you click this, you can enter in your question and then choose to either connect with someone via email, live chat, or phone call. Additionally, you can also write in via email and request to schedule a video appointment if your question could be better handled via video call.
