I am the account owner. My husband shares my practice so he is set up with administrator access in the system. I have checked and re-checked his setup to confirm that I have checked all the permission boxes related to unlocking. Still, he is unable to unlock his progress notes when needed. The "unlock" icon simply does not appear on his screen. I then have to go into his client's record and the "unlock" icon appears for me. This is really annoying - how can we fix this?
