    Hi Allison,

    The message that you are referring to is a message you receive when you send in a Help Request to our Customer Success team. Currently there is no way for your clients to email you by responding to one of the automatic messages that they receive from you therefore this is not a message from a client.

    Thank you for your response. I did not send a help request. I never have. That is why I am confused.

    Hi Allison,

    Based on the subject of the message, it seems as though one of your client's did write in a Help Request and our Customer Success team advised that client to contact you for help instead. Either this message was forwarded to you from your client, or the team member assisting your client attached your account to the Help Request and so you received that email.
