Where do others put the medical record number?  What are the downsides to putting it in the "preferred name" field.  Will it show up in communications to the client?

  Hi Lexi,

  A medical record number can be added to a client's profile within an Administrative Note so that it can easily be seen once you open up a client's profile. Additionally, you could put it in the preferred name field, however, the client will see this listed as their name within email notifications and the Client Portal.
