    Hi Mary,

I see that my colleague Rachel has been assisting you with this over a Help Request. I recommend to continue reaching out to her if you have anymore questions.

I have a ton of questions and no answers and can’t get anyone on the phone because y’all don’t offer any live help. I haven’t been paid since the 14th even though all the payments have cleared through blue Cross blue shield and have been posted on their website and no one can explain this to me Or offer any type of solution in Blue Cross Blue Shield said they done their job. Which they have they paid me and I don’t know where in the hell the money is

Incredibly frustrating to wait days to get an answer and then it’s emails etc requesting more information that I could easily give -with my voice -over the phone

    Hi Mary,

I followed up with Rachel about this and she let me know that she is currently investigating this with our clearinghouse, however, this process takes time in order to offer you more information and a solution to the issue you are experiencing. Additionally, if you would like to receive assistance with these types of issues via phone call, you can request a call with the person who is assisting you via the Help Request. I see that Rachel did offer you a phone call for this issue, however, no call was ever scheduled. Additionally, Rachel would be happy to answer anymore of your questions in the meantime while she waits for the clearinghouse to respond. I also wanted to let you know that we do offer live support via our chat feature: Getting support with live chat.

The phone call has to be scheduled in advance and is not helpful bc I need assistance now. I understand the process takes time however I’m not getting paid and the provider shows that the claims were finalized and paid weeks ago.
It would be fine if I didn’t need a paycheck every month however I do.

I still have not received an explanation of why payout on claims took so long. The provider again stated that when the claims are finalized and paid that their work is done. Can I please receive an explanation? I already have several claims and I am curious if this has been resolved or if I need to expect this every month?
