    Hi Traci,

I see that my colleague Travis was able to connect with you via chat and answer your question about signatures on forms.

Can the answer be shared publically?

    Hi Brandy,

When a client checks the box to add their e-signature on a Consent Document, this can serve as an automatic signature. If you would like for your client to be able to actually physically sign a document, you can send the document to the Client Portal and have them print it, sign it, and then manually upload back into the Client Portal.

Um, that is not Simple at all, Sara. The reason for an EHR is so we don't need to rely on clients to print out and sign and send back documents. That is an audit disaster waiting to happen. Please make something like the superbill and treatment plan e-signable ASAP. 99% of my clients are telehealth.

And treatment plans and crises plans. This is industry standard.

Has this been resolved yet? For almost $100 a month for top tier, and many programs out there for obtaining a signature or marking up a form…I’m sure SP would be able to offer this to their customers! I see here that people have been asking for it for over 3 years…. Has it been completed

Client wants to change her signature for new legal last name. We are reading it is the same signature used at intake.

Please could you provide instructions where to do this so we can support client choice? Thank you.
