Simple Practice has charged one of my clients twice (both went through) so I refunded her the amount, then it charged it again...why? and another client was charged today for an appointment she did not even have on the calendar!
Why did this happen? My clients are mad and if this keeps happening I will lose valuable clients! I need an answer ASAP or I am going to switch billing systems!
