    Hi Carrie,

Clients do not have access to any of their notes within their Client Portal. If you would like to send files of their notes to them, you can do so by uploading the file and then sharing it with the client. To do this, go to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files > Files > +Downloadable Files. Once the file is uploaded here, go to the client's Overview page > Share > select the uploaded file. This will then send it to the client and they can open and down the file within their Client Portal.

I attempted to do this, but SP would not let me select a whole folder, only one document. So attempting to send a client their records would be terribly cumbersome. I'll have to send a client their records in a different way, and that is a bit frustrating.

    Thanks Katy~

I wish they had that feature so I could keep docs all in 1 place. Instead Im sharing GDrive folders with my clients. ~Carrie

    Agree Carrie!

Sara, Can we expect SP to allow this feature soon? We requested it a year ago due to COVID limitations of face to face interactions. It would be very helpful to be able to send the notes directly through the client portal at the end of each session.

    Hi,

Currently this is not something we have been developing, however, we understand that adding this feature in the future would be beneficial to our customers. I recommend continuing to vote and comment on this post on the Ideas and Suggestions Board.

    Hi Shelly,

In order to share a progress note with a client, you will need to follow the steps I outlined in my first response to this post.
