Please implement a solution for organizing Shared Documents and Files under the "Files (Read-only)" section. Once files have been uploaded to the portal, we can't re-order, re-name, or drag-drop them into separate folders. That's my fantasy. I'd settle for a simpler function that allows me to create more "sections"/categories within the "Files (Read-only)" section.  It's driving me insane. Thanks for your consideration.

  I completely second this request. I'd like to have the option to organize files, ideally within individual folders, once they've been uploaded to a client's profile. I had to upload progress notes from my previous round of therapy with a client while I was at a group practice and the progress notes (and other files) are totally unorganized and filed out of order.

  Yes there is a lot to be desired from this system. I agree. My concern is altering invoices when clients have made deposits--I can not update as I need without canceling an invoice which is not conducive since it sends the clients additional onvoices for new ones. Odd. Very odd.

  Yes, yes, yes.  Not just for files to be shared with customers, also for business documents. It is way more efficient.
