I have a lot of issues with your Telehealth platform. It is either not letting me join the chat or freezing during a chat. Also had problems with the client not being able to hear me or vice versa.
I usually have to have them disconnect and try again. This takes time and clients are getting annoyed. These are clients that cannot come into the office, so we can't have the video messing up all the time.
Are you going to put a chat box in the video sessions soon? This is VERY necessary, If I can't hear the client at least I can type to them and tell them what to do.
I may just switch my Telehealth to a different platform.
