    Hi Patricia.

    Currently we do not have any reports from our customers experiencing audio issues with Telehealth. I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can assist you with this.

    Yes, it has happen the past week  very unprofessional when I have to use my telephone-- it is not on my computers end because I am using built in speakers/audio to do on line CEU training  Can a actual person CALL me from customer service from noon ( I have first on line client at 2pm) EST  can not keep doing it and  I have trouble shooted all I can on my end.  Thank you

    I've been having this same problem too! started last week and unfortunately seems to be the problem today as well. I've tried trouble shooting on my end and no luck. please help!

    Hi Martha,

    I recommend creating a Help Request to receive assistance with this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Get Help > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
