Is there a way to have Simple Practice notify you when it writes off an entire visit(s) when an ERA comes in or when it creates a negative claim? Recently we have had one insurance company claw back a charge 3 times for multiple clients and the system just writes it off and we don't notice the problem unless we manually audit each client and every ERA. We also have ones where an ERA comes in stating they are not paying and we cannot bill. Simple Practice just writes off entire visit(s) and again we have no way of knowing we never got paid at all or that we should be doing anything except via individual audits for clients and every ERA. There has to be a simpler way to quickly recognize when an insurance company is in error and clawing back the same charges over and over.
