We have about 900 service dates a month, not sure this is a great system for large groups. What are your thoughts?

I have 12 clinicians and we are at 700-800 sessions per month. I like the system for clinical purposes however it is extremely limited on access for administrative supports so in that way it is not the best system for large groups. If you have administrative support staff (which larger practices do), your admin cannot access everything they need to access with the admin login credentials. You have to pay the full price for another full clinician role.

Brandy, do you have any prescribing clinicians? We were looking into the option in the future but there are no features that support prescribing, lab work, or even e-faxing info for prescriptions etc. If you have a prescribing clinician, do you just do everything manually?

No prescribing clinicians at my practice and I am unaware of any features to support the things you listed. I am certain there is no e-faxing option through SP and pretty certain there is no way to connect with outside labs or prescribing networks/systems.

This is the biggest down side of Simple Practice. Prescribing and Lab would be definitely beneficial

Hey Joseph - I have a large practice in Colorado (www.denvermhc.com). We have ~25 clinicians and multiple interns at any given time. I also own a billing company for many of the reasons mentioned above. Would love to connect: Ian@denvermhc.com
