Credit Card charge

    Hi Alicia,

    If the client's credit card was charged by SimplePractice, it would show up as a transaction for that client therefore it is not possible that there would have been an accidental charge that is hidden from your list of transactions. In order for this to be looked into further to see why this is happening, I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you.
