One of my clinicians has a new client. The client completed the intake documents, which included credit card info. The day before her first session, the client emailed that she is seeing a pending charge for $105 on her card (copay is $15), along with an authorization from Simple Practice. Nothing on my end of our Simple Practice account is showing this charge. Is there a way that an "accidental charge" would not show up in transactions or card billing log?
