Billing glitches
AnsweredIs there a way to give a provider permissions to modify documents while also limiting access to the financial side? Also, I see my provider is receiving the notifications on whether or not an invoice has been created and balance due. This has caused some misses in the billing, as they do not all come up on a search.

Currently the only types of team members that can modify documents are also team member roles that allow access to the financial areas of the account. In regards to seeing all invoices and their current status, you can go to the Reports page and then the Outstanding Balances report which allows you and the team member to see all clients, their appointments, and the invoices attached to those appointments.
