Ability for Supervisor Edits and Comments to Notes to be Seen by Supervisee

Simple Practice does not currently offer any way for "supervision" or "training" related to supervisee's progress notes.
- When a supervisee sends a note to a supervisor, any edits and changes made by the supervisor aren't clear to the supervisee. Unfortunately, this prevents them from learning the types of edits/changes that are needed (and seeing them in context of the note), which hinders their learning. Even if supervisor's encourage supervisee's to review the edited note, it can be like finding a needle in a haystack for them to notice all the edits that were made. Once a supervisor makes edits, the supervisee's signature is also removed from the note if the Supervisor signs it upon making edits. The only way to get the supervisee's signature again is for the supervisor NOT to finalize the note, send it back to the supervisee, and have it signed by both parties again. This would make more sense if the Supervisee's had an easy way to see the edits that the Supervisor made, but that is not the case.
- If a Supervisor has to request any edits from a Supervisee, the only way Simple Practice recommends to do this is through the "Secure Message" function. If a Supervisor is editing 20+ notes for the Supervisee, this makes it incredibly confusing for them/us, and also makes it more likely that they'll lose track of the requested edits (especially if we are using the "Secure Messaging" function to communicate about other things).
Are there any plans to improve features related to Supervisee's notes? Thank you.

Amen. It would be ideal if a function like "track edits" was available. The supervisor could make suggested edits, the supervisee could review and accept edits and make suggested changes, then send again for signature. If not possible, making a text field available to the side of the note where suggested edits could be made would be useful and protect the supervisor's time for copying the name and date of the session to the private message. Also, making the supervisor sign off function available on the app would be great.

Currently I am not able to provide an ETA on when this feature will be built out, therefore, voting and commenting on ideas on our Ideas and Suggestions board is the best way to let our team know that this feature is in demand.
